We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to inform them about our internet services, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote internet services and plans
Handle inbound calls related to service inquiries, complaints, or technical issues
Explain internet plans, packages, and offers clearly and persuasively
Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries
Maintain customer records and update the CRM database accurately
Coordinate with the technical and support teams to resolve customer issues
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Provide feedback on customer trends and common queries to improve service
Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role is a plus
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of internet services and broadband technology preferred
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive in difficult situations
Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and call handling tools
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
