We are hiring an E-commerce Sales Executive (B2B & B2C) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both wholesale (B2B) and retail (B2C) sales for our e-commerce business. The role involves managing customer inquiries through various online platforms like our website, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, Instagram, and Facebook, converting leads into sales, and ensuring smooth post-sales support. For B2B, the candidate will be expected to connect with resellers, distributors, retailers, and vendors, generate new wholesale leads, send quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on orders. For B2C, the executive will assist individual customers with product selection, order placement, payment support, and delivery tracking.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati (if local), and should be comfortable using computers, WhatsApp Business, Excel, and basic internet tools. Experience in handling sales via IndiaMART, Facebook, Instagram, or through an e-commerce website is preferred. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams like packing, inventory, and dispatch to ensure timely order fulfillment. Candidates with a background in the textile, fashion, or garment industry will be given preference.
