Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contacting customers via phone or in-person visits to secure renewal payments and continue their service or policy.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and motivate them to repeat business.

• Understanding of the sales and collection process to effectively convince customers to renew.

• Meeting specific collection and persistency targets, including improving customer retention and reducing churn. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 4 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
