Key Responsibilities:

• Make outgoing calls to new leads and follow up with existing prospects.

  • Explain hair transplant procedures and basic information to interested clients.

  • Book consultation appointments with doctors.

  • Maintain accurate lead records and call logs.

  • Support the senior caller and sales team in reaching daily and monthly targets.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.

Good verbal communication and listening skills.

• Confidence and a positive attitude towards learning and achieving targets.

• Basic understanding of hair transplant services is a plus (training will be provided).
