Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Train and guide team members on product knowledge, communication, and sales strategy.

• Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.

• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and close business deals effectively.

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and customer retention.

• Coordinate with management on new business initiatives and targets.

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Create a positive, energetic, and result-oriented team environment.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 year in a team leader role.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
