Team Leader

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and motivating the sales executives to achieve individual and team targets while ensuring excellent customer service and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate projects.

Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and client relationship management.

Monitor and track team performance through regular reviews and reporting.

Handle client meetings, property presentations, and negotiations when required.

Support team members in closing high-value deals.

Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients.

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of sales activities.

Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Achieve both individual and team sales targets within deadlines.
