Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to manage and track stock movement in our flower trading and storage operations. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and dispatching goods, and ensuring stock is organized and accounted for at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily records of incoming and outgoing stock

• Ensure accurate physical counting and proper storage of materials

• Assist in unloading, sorting, labeling, and stacking goods

• Coordinate with the procurement and dispatch team for order preparation

• Report damaged or missing items to the manager immediately

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store area

• Help in basic packing and handling of perishable inventory

• Use basic software or manual registers to update stock data

Requirements:

• Minimum PUC pass

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory/storekeeping (preferred but not mandatory)

• Basic understanding of stock handling and record keeping

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

• Honest, punctual, and responsible

• Willingness to work flexible hours if required
