Role Overview
Seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead an international telesales team in the solar energy domain. The role involves overseeing daily sales operations, driving performance, supporting team development, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of international telesales representatives
Set and monitor performance targets (daily, weekly, monthly)
Analyze sales metrics, track KPIs, and generate performance reports
Coach and train team on scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques
Support team members with high-priority deals and client escalations
Collaborate with senior management for strategy and planning
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
Ensure compliance with industry standards and relevant regulations
Coordinate with admin, training, and HR for smooth operations
Build and maintain a high-performance, positive team culture
Candidate Requirements
2–4 years of experience in international telesales or solar sales
Prior experience in team leadership or sales management
Excellent communication, motivation, and team-building skills
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Goal-oriented with a passion for coaching and development
Comfortable working in early morning shifts (Australian time zone)
Proficient with CRM tools, performance dashboards, and Zoom
