Dwarka Jewel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Sales Manager to lead our in-office sales team. This role falls under the Sales Support & Operations category and is crucial to driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our showroom. As the Showroom Sales Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a high standard of presentation and customer service.
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and inquiries.
Manage inventory, track sales performance, and prepare sales reports.
Implement and monitor marketing strategies to attract customers to the showroom.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
Core Skills:
Proven Sales Skills with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Jewellery Industry Experience would be prefer and advantage
Strong understanding of Marketing Strategy and its application in a retail environment.
Excellent Client Communication Strategies to build and maintain customer relationships.
Proficiency in Management, including team leadership and performance management.
Knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Experience and Expectations
