Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Officer will be responsible for audits and inspects of leads and report to the management

• Counsel clients on visa options, processes, and documentation

• Handle end-to-end visa application process

• Act as Sales Co-ordinator to convert inquiries into applications

• Manage and follow up on leads effectively using CRM tools

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and policies

• Achieve monthly conversion targets and provide regular reports

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Strong knowledge of visa categories and procedures
