Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling, telesales, or customer outreach experience (FMCG, Ayurveda, Pharma sectors preferred).
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and preferably one regional language.
Excellent convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Outbound Calling:
Conduct daily outbound calls to potential distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to introduce AyurSesha’s products and distribution opportunities.
Lead Generation:
Generate and qualify leads from various sources including provided databases, cold calling, referrals, and digital inquiries.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, potential leads, and distributor data in the CRM system.
Sales Coordination:
Coordinate with the field sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and address distributor queries promptly.
Target Achievement:
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets, lead conversion rates, and onboarding goals as set by the management.
Product Knowledge:
Stay well-informed about AyurSesha’s product range, pricing, offers, and distribution policies to effectively communicate with prospects.
