Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and marketing activities.

2. Explain and discuss health insurance policies, addressing customer queries and concerns.

3. Close sales by persuading customers and meeting sales targets.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

5. Record customer interactions, update CRM systems, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field. Certifications or training in sales or insurance is a plus.

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.

Skills:

  - Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

  - Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals.

  - Good understanding of health insurance products and industry regulations.

  - Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
