Role Overview
The Pre-Sales & Sales Coordinator will play a key role in enabling lead generation, onboarding support, partner communications, and proposal management. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing, and fund managers to ensure a seamless experience for both prospects and active partners.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Pre-Sales Support
Engage with incoming leads via WhatsApp, email, and phone
Qualify leads and schedule demo calls with the senior sales team
Share pitch decks, investment brochures, and performance reports
Track lead pipeline and update CRM regularly
🔹 Sales Coordination
Assist in onboarding new investors and distributors
Coordinate document collection (KYC, agreements, fund transfer proof)
Maintain trackers for investor commitments and distributor performance
Coordinate partner incentive calculations and reporting
🔹 Client & Partner Engagement
Answer queries related to investment structure, payouts, and product details
Schedule webinars, partner calls, and investor walkthroughs
Prepare FAQs, client-ready emails, and presentation kits
🔹 Marketing & Content Support
Assist marketing with email campaigns, WhatsApp updates, and content distribution
Collect testimonials and feedback from partners and clients
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field
2–5 years of experience in pre-sales, client servicing, or sales support (preferably in finance/wealth industry)
Strong communication skills (written & spoken)
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Working knowledge of CRM tools, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business
Preferred Skills
Understanding of mutual funds, equities, or structured products
Experience working with wealth firms, IFAs, or financial advisors
Fluency in English + Hindi or a regional language
