We are hiring a highly motivated and client-focused Senior Relationship Officer to join our growing wealth management team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in financial advisory or wealth management firms, with strong skills in client acquisition, portfolio management, and relationship building. This is a client-facing role requiring expertise in financial products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, and Global Offerings. The candidate will play a crucial role in growing AUM (Assets Under Management), acquiring new clients, and delivering need-based wealth solutions.
Client Acquisition & Business Development
Actively acquire new clients for wealth management services including MF, PMS, AIF, Insurance, Stocks, and Global Offerings.
Build and leverage a strong professional network to identify potential investors.
Successfully onboard clients and drive fresh investments.
AUM Growth & Portfolio Management
Manage client portfolios with a focus on AUM growth.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews, diversification, and optimization aligned with client goals.
Encourage new investments through updated strategies and market opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and quarterly review meetings.
Ensure high-quality servicing and timely resolution of queries.
Provide market insights, investment performance updates, and financial advice.
Knowledge & Compliance
Stay updated with financial products, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
Ensure ethical sales practices and avoid mis-selling.
Maintain confidentiality and protect client data.
Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while focusing on client satisfaction.
Cross-sell and upsell wealth products based on client needs.
Contribute to overall business growth through effective revenue generation.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics (MBA/CFP/CWM preferred).
NISM V-A certification is mandatory.
2–5 years of experience in wealth management, banking, or financial advisory.
Strong knowledge of financial instruments and wealth products.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and financial planning software.
