Job Title: Senior Executive – B2G2C Operations

Location: New Delhi

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive to manage B2G2C operations, focusing on the supply and distribution of goods to paramilitary canteens across India. The role requires strong operational, coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless supply chain management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage inventory planning and procurement of goods.

2. Oversee order procurement and processing for multiple canteens across PAN India.

3. Handle logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods.

4. Coordinate with sales teams/agents for order procurement, collections, and payments.

5. Resolve defective product and replacement issues at various points of sale.

6. Address and manage consumer grievances and complaints efficiently.

7. Manage and process payouts for sales teams, transporters, and vendors.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, distribution, or B2G2C operations.

• Strong geographical and topographical knowledge of different regions across India.

• Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities with a problem-solving approach.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Graduate/Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Commerce.

2. BBA graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

3. Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.

4. Additional qualifications in supply chain/operations management will be an added advantage.

5. Strong communication skills with a fair command of English.

6. Ability to draft and manage professional email communication with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
