Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our semiconductor sales
vertical.
The role involves managing B2B client relationships, building a high-performance sales team,
and driving revenue growth through strategic market development, especially in OEMs, EMS
companies, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for semiconductor components and electronic
products.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Lead a team of sales executives; set targets, guide performance, and ensure
monthly/quarterly goals are achieved.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, EMS providers, component buyers,
and supply chain partners.
• Coordinate with technical, purchase, and logistics teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
• Prepare and present quotations, technical proposals, and business presentations to clients.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, pricing fluctuations, and
distributor/channel performance.
• Handle high-value negotiations and client onboarding processes.
• Drive account growth through upselling, repeat orders, and new product introductions.
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and trade shows.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of proven experience in B2B sales of semiconductors, electronic components, or
industrial electronics.
• Deep knowledge of passive and active components, microcontrollers, sensors, ICs, etc.
• Strong industry connections with semiconductor distributors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast revenue.
