QUALIFICATION : Any Degreeh

EXPERIENCE : 2 Years in Education Field as a Counselor or Activity Head.

SALARY: ₹25000/-Per Month.

LOCATION : Anna Salai Chennai

AGE BELOW : 40

WORK DAYS: Monday to Saturday

WORK TIMING : 12pm to 8 pm

1. Creating a student/Parent forums/community to discuss and suggestions & feedback – Monthly

2. Assist school administrators and educators with planning and carrying out school-related programs and events. Work on CRM and Reports

3. Get student practice reports and conduct performance audits. Identify issues and resolve them at the earliest

4. Understand your student/s career objectives and other required information to serve the students better

5. Encourage students to participate at State/National/International levels. Guide interested students  in pursuing music as a career -

6. Conduct Auditions to identify

7. Ensure low grievances and should be able to manage crisis 

8. Communicate with teachers, parents and administrators and build good relationships and get feedback from them to improve.

9. Identify, evaluate and provide counsel the student/parent with appropriate program/course - Identifying special needs pupils and those with learning disabilities

10. Establishing effective classroom management practices.

11. Maintain low dropout rates and achieve the Revenue and Sales Targets on a monthly basis.

12. Ensure all the school compliances and regulations are followed properly

13. Help shape and uphold the vision of the school.

14. Updating the management on a monthly basis about the progress.

15. Conduct and coordinate on Recitals and monthly activities (Workshops-Masterclass-Online programs).
