Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
CTC: To be discussed during the interview
Training Duration: 6 Months
Post-Training Designation: Sales Engineer (based on performance)

About the Role

Blaze Sales and Service India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and self-motivated fresh graduates for the role of Graduate Engineer Trainee – Sales. This is an exciting opportunity to begin a career in industrial sales, particularly within the oil & gas sector, with structured training, real-time exposure, and performance-based career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the industrial and oil & gas sector.

• Learn and support the sales cycle from lead generation to closure under the guidance of senior sales engineers.

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable mechanical solutions and product offerings.

• Interpret basic mechanical drawings and specifications to support pre-sales and post-sales activities.

• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams.

• Prepare and maintain sales documentation, reports, and client databases.

• Attend virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and client discussions during US working hours.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (2024-2025 pass-outs preferred)

• Experience: 0–0 years (Freshers encouraged to apply)

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work in a US shift environment

• Eagerness to learn and grow in industrial/B2B sales

• Basic understanding of mechanical components and technical drawings is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
