We are looking for an exceptional Sales Telecaller who can confidently handle infertility-related queries with empathy and professionalism. The ideal candidate must be able to convince patients about our highly experienced senior doctors, proven high fertility success rates, and affordable treatment with a very skilled and empathetic team.
She should also be skilled at addressing cost concerns tactfully and ensuring patients visit the center for consultations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to fertility and gynecology services.
Provide clear, accurate, and reassuring information about doctors, treatments, and success rates.
Address cost-related queries with confidence and build trust in our value-based treatment approach.
Convert leads into confirmed patient appointments and ensure walk-ins.
Maintain daily call reports, follow-ups, and conversions.
Communicate with patients in a caring, empathetic, and professional manner.
Work closely with the marketing and clinical team to achieve monthly conversion targets.
Minimum 2 years telecalling experience (hospital or fertility center preferred).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to handle sensitive infertility queries with empathy.
Confidence in managing cost-related discussions and reassuring patients.
Immediate joiner preferred.
