Sales and Customer Service:
Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and promotions.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Merchandising and Store Maintenance:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Counter
Ensure products are displayed attractively and restocked as needed.
Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and displays.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Retail head
Assist with stock-taking, receiving deliveries, and organizing storage areas.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to achieve store sales goals.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
