Job Overview:

As a Sales Representative (Online Sales), you will be responsible for promoting Augmintech’s courses, guiding prospective students, and driving enrollments. You will play a key role in ensuring students make informed decisions and achieve their career goals.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students to promote our engineering courses.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful enrollments.

• Provide customized course recommendations and address student queries.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA, MBA, or Engineering preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Online Sales, Telecalling, or EdTech Counselling.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in handling calls, video meetings, and product presentations.

• Basic computer skills: MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
