We’re looking for a fast-learning, highly motivated sales professional who can generate B2B leads and create sales opportunities for our business automation services.
Develop and execute multi-channel sales strategies (LinkedIn, email, direct outreach, freelancing platforms like Fiverr)
Build targeted prospect lists of companies that need automation solutions
Generate qualified leads and conduct persistent, strategic follow-ups
Make 50–80 outreach activities daily (emails, LinkedIn messages, direct communication)
Create compelling sales materials including demos, case studies, testimonials, and proposals
Prepare professional quotes and maintain accurate sales records
Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients
Research and implement sales AI tools to optimize outreach and conversion rates
Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to identify new opportunities
Contribute innovative ideas for growth strategies, new service offerings, and market positioning
Manage company profiles on freelancing platforms and respond to project inquiries
Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal English skills (non-negotiable)
Genuinely interested in automation, AI tools, or business process optimization
Eager to learn and take initiative in a startup environment
Self-starter who is proactive and solution-oriented
Comfortable handling diverse responsibilities beyond traditional sales roles
Excited to work directly with the founder and grow alongside the company
Base Compensation: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (₹2.4–₹3 LPA)
Variable Pay: 5–10% of the closed deal value
Learning: Direct mentorship from the founder and exposure to modern business automation tools
Growth: Flexibility to work remotely and make a meaningful impact in a small, agile team
