🎯 Role Overview
As a key member of the sales team, you will spearhead lead generation and relationship building, focusing on B2B IT sales (web/dev/cloud/software/AI services). You’ll outreach to prospects in the US and Australian markets, laying the groundwork for conversion by Account Executives or Sales Managers.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach: Research and identify qualified leads via web sources, LinkedIn, and industry tools. Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and messaging.
Qualification: Engage prospects to assess technical fit and IT needs. Maintain detailed CRM records.
Pipeline Management: Track and prioritize leads, ensuring steady movement through the pipeline.
Communication: Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery) to relay insights and support smooth hand-off.
Market Analysis: Keep tabs on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving technologies to stay relevant.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and outreach KPIs.
✅ Required Qualifications
IT Knowledge: Degree (B.Tech/B.Sc/MCA) in IT/computer science or hands-on technical experience (software, cloud, AI, mobile development) .
Experience: 3–7 years in B2B IT inside-sales or SDR roles, ideally targeting US/Australian clients .
Technical Sales Acumen: Ability to confidently discuss software development, cloud services, and AI capabilities.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English, with persuasive presentation skills.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Self‑Driven: Highly motivated, independent, and team‑oriented.
Night Shift Adaptability: Comfortable working 5 PM–2 AM IST.
