Sales & Marketing Manager – SS Scrubber (FMCG / Home Care Division)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 5–8 years in FMCG / kitchenware / home cleaning products

Salary: ₹45,000–₹60,000/month + Incentives

About the Role:

We are setting up a modern manufacturing unit for premium stainless steel scrubbers (430 grade) with integrated packaging and branding. We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to build and lead our distribution network across regions and develop the brand’s offline presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage distributor/wholesaler network region-wise
• Lead 2–3 sales executives and monitor their daily activities
• Design trade schemes, incentives, and area targets
• Handle modern trade / institutional / white label clients
• Coordinate with production for dispatch planning
• Support marketing materials and promotional campaigns

Requirements:

• FMCG or household product experience mandatory
• Strong distributor network and communication skills
• Ability to travel for field visits
• Proven record of achieving sales targets

Incentives: Performance-based + travel reimbursement
