Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive female professional to drive sales and marketing initiatives for our embroidery machines. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and marketing acumen to effectively promote our products, engage with clients, and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Engagement:
Identify and approach potential clients, including boutiques, tailoring units, and garment manufacturers.
Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits of embroidery machines.
Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Marketing & Promotion:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content to attract potential customers.
Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials like brochures and videos.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market analysis.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the textile or machinery industry.
Strong understanding of embroidery machines and their applications is an advantage.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel as required.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of the textile and garment industry.
Experience in organizing promotional events and exhibitions.
Familiarity with content creation for social media platforms.
Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
