Job Title: Embroidery Machine Sales & Marketing Executive (Female)

Location: Hyderabad, Kukatpally Y Junction.

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Sales Manager / Managing Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive female professional to drive sales and marketing initiatives for our embroidery machines. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and marketing acumen to effectively promote our products, engage with clients, and contribute to the company's growth.​

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Engagement:

• Identify and approach potential clients, including boutiques, tailoring units, and garment manufacturers.

• Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits of embroidery machines.

• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.​

Marketing & Promotion:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product visibility.

• Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content to attract potential customers.

• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

• Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials like brochures and videos.​

Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

• Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market analysis.​

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.

• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.​

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the textile or machinery industry.

• Strong understanding of embroidery machines and their applications is an advantage.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel as required.​

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the textile and garment industry.

• Experience in organizing promotional events and exhibitions.

• Familiarity with content creation for social media platforms.

• Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.​
