Reporting to: General Manager/Head of Business Development
The Marketing & Sales Executive will be a critical driver of TNSA's growth by generating qualified leads and initiating the sales process. This role is highly focused on outbound communication (telecalling and email marketing) to promote our specialized shipping consulting services to potential clients, thereby feeding the sales pipeline.
Telecalling & Cold Calling: Execute high-volume, professional outbound calls to potential clients (B2B) in the shipping, logistics, manufacturing, and related sectors to introduce TNSA services and qualify interest.
Email Marketing: Develop, deploy, and manage targeted email campaigns (cold and follow-up) to generate responses and secure meetings.
Database Management: Research and build a comprehensive database of target companies and key decision-makers. Maintain and update lead status, notes, and activity within the company CRM system.
Lead Qualification: Rigorously qualify leads based on set criteria (e.g., budget, authority, need, and timeline) before handing them off to senior sales personnel.
Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule qualified meetings and presentations for the Management team with potential clients.
Initial Service Promotion: Clearly articulate the value proposition of TNSA Shipping Consulting Pvt Ltd's services (e.g., documentation, operational support, strategy) to prospects.
Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics, including call volumes, email open/response rates, and leads generated.
Analyze campaign results to continuously optimize messaging and targeting for better performance.
Actively participate in sales and marketing strategy meetings, providing feedback from prospect interactions.
Experience: 0-3 years of proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, lead generation, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.(Freshers can also apply)
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional and persuasive telephone demeanor.
Discipline: Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven with the ability to manage a busy schedule and high call volume.
Technical Proficiency: Competency in using , Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and email marketing platforms.
Industry Knowledge (Advantageous): Previous exposure or familiarity with the Shipping, Logistics, or Consulting industry is a significant plus.(optional)
