We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Swasthik Properties. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Convincing Skills, Cold Calling, Computer Knowledge, Lead Generation, MS Excel is an added advantage.
