Position: Sales & Client Acquisition Executive

Location: Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi

Digital Marketing – Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Website Development, Social Media Handling.

Outdoor Advertising (OOH) – Delhi Metro, DTC Buses, Pan-India Hoardings, Transit Media.

OTT Advertising – Hotstar, SonyLiv, Zee5, and other premium OTT platforms.

Creative & Branding – End-to-end brand strategy, design, and promotional campaigns.

We work with corporates, startups, and SMEs to help them grow their brand presence both online and offline.

🎯 Role & Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients for Digital Marketing, OOH, and OTT advertising solutions.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and professional platforms (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email campaigns).

Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, SMEs, and agencies.

Pitch customized solutions based on client requirements.

Maintain proper lead database, follow-ups, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media buying, digital ops) to ensure smooth execution.

👤 Who Should Apply?

Experience: 1–2 years minimum in Digital Marketing Agency, Creative Agency, Media Buying House, or OOH/OTT Advertising sales.

Proven Track Record: Should have closed deals in services like SEO, social media handling, Google Ads, Metro/DTC/OOH branding, or OTT ads.

Excellent communication & negotiation skills (Hindi + English).

Confident personality with ability to handle client meetings.

Comfortable in B2B client acquisition & working with targets.

💰 Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (depending on experience).

Sales Commission: Attractive commission model –

Upto ₹2,00,000 billing → 0.5%

₹2,00,001 – ₹5,00,000 billing → 0.75%

Above ₹5,00,000 billing → 1%

👉 Example: If you close ₹10 lakh business in a month, you earn ₹10,000 commission on top of salary.

Location: Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi

Type: Full-time, 6 days working (Mon–Sat)

Timings: 09:30 AM – 6:00 PM
