Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent technical background.
Proven experience in technical or engineering product sales (2–5+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to interpret and explain complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
Proficient with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
