Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee and drive sales performance across Sasta Sundar retail outlets. The role involves monitoring store activities, motivating teams, resolving operational issues, and implementing effective marketing strategies to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit and monitor Sasta Sundar retail outlets in the assigned region.

• Track and analyze sales performance of each outlet; suggest and implement strategies to improve sales.

• Engage with outlet teams regularly – motivate, train, and support them to achieve targets.

• Ensure proper execution of marketing and promotional campaigns at the store level.

• Identify challenges faced by outlets and provide quick, effective resolutions.

• Build strong relationships with franchise partners and ensure smooth coordination with the central team.

• Share regular reports on sales, market insights, and competitor activities with management.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Area Management, preferably in retail, healthcare, or FMCG sector.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team engagement skills.

• Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and execute solutions.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
