As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing both the field sales and inbound/outbound calls related to solar panel products. Your role will involve engaging with potential customers, understanding their energy needs, providing product information, and closing sales to contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients to promote and sell solar panel solutions.
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls professionally and effectively.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar panels or related products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in the field and manage calls efficiently.
Basic understanding of solar technology is a plus.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Valid driver’s license and readiness for field travel.
