Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales of hardware and software solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets by offering customized IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in hardware, software, and IT solutions across target markets.
Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and client references.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by closing new deals and expanding business with existing customers.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings to showcase solutions.
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to propose the right solutions to customers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and provide inputs to management.
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of hardware products (servers, desktops, laptops, networking devices, etc.) and software solutions (ERP, CRM, security solutions, cloud services, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a target-driven approach.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales/business development in IT hardware & software industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with IT distribution channels and corporate/enterprise sales will be an added advantage.
