# Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

4. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Marketing:
1. Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products/services in the territory.
2. Organize and participate in trade shows, product launches, and other marketing events.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
Administrative:
1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and marketing efforts.
2. Submit regular sales and marketing reports to management.
3. Manage and maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) database.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
# Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 or more years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a field sales role.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
