Job Description:

We are a Rajkot-based company entering the trauma surgical devices market, looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help us grow and establish our footprint.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in surgical/medical equipment sales (trauma-focused preferred) and a strong network of surgeons, hospitals, and distributors. You will play a key role in business development, client relationship management, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare distributors for trauma surgical products

• Promote products through in-person visits, demos, and follow-ups

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with incentive-based rewards

• Monitor competitor activity (e.g., Nebula Surgical Pvt. Ltd.) and report market trends

• Maintain customer relationships and resolve client queries promptly

• Assist in creating marketing materials and participate in medical conferences

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of sales experience in medical/surgical equipment (trauma segment preferred)

• Good communication, negotiation, and networking skills

• Proven ability to meet targets and grow territory sales

• Own vehicle preferred for client visits
