Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our team at Padmawati Extrusion. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales within the aluminium extrusion or excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the plastic extrusion market.

Manage existing customer accounts and maintain strong relationships.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.

Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and close sales contracts.

Collaborate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

Strong network in the extrusion/aluminium product buyer market.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to Travel for client meetings and industry events.
