We are a fast-growing FMCG & Food Products Import–Export company. With a strong presence in domestic and international trade, we aim to expand our reach by connecting with suppliers, distributors, and clients across global markets.
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who is passionate about FMCG products and international business, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Supplier Sourcing
Identify and onboard domestic and international suppliers for FMCG & food products.
Negotiate pricing, purchase terms, and delivery timelines.
Maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring product quality and compliance
2. Sales & Business Development
Manage procurement and sales of FMCG/food products in local and international markets.
Generate B2B and B2C leads through digital platforms, networking, and trade shows.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and close deals successfully.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
3. Distribution & Channel Expansion
Develop and manage a strong distribution network (dealers, wholesalers, and retail partners).
Build partnerships with domestic and international distributors.
Monitor performance and ensure consistent product availability
4. Client Relations & Communication
Handle client inquiries (domestic & international) via phone, email, and meetings.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and client-facing documents.
Provide timely after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Import-Export Operations
Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
Manage international trade documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, BL, COO, LC, etc.).
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.
Requirements :
Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, International Business, BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, or other business-related fields.
Knowledge of FMCG & food products is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English required).
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, CRM, lead generation tools).
Experience with B2B platforms such as IndiaMART, Alibaba, Exporter India, etc.
Strong Google search and market research abilities.
Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment
