Job Summary:

Mac Solutions is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy female Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counter sales, customer interaction, inventory management, and promotional activities. Key Responsibilities:

- Counter Sales & Customer Handling

- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptop/computer models and accessories.

- Demonstrate product features and guide customers to make informed decisions.

- Inventory & Stock Management

- Maintain daily records of purchases and sales.

- Enter incoming and outgoing stock details using a laptop.

- Ensure accurate and timely updates of inventory.

- Marketing & Promotion

- Assist in creating promotional content and campaigns.

- If skilled in video editing, contribute to editing promotional videos for social media and online platforms.

- Support marketing efforts to boost store visibility and customer engagement.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of laptops, computer models, and related accessories.

- Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry.

- Good command of spoken and written English.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Bonus: Experience in video editing and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.

- Prior experience in retail sales or electronics is preferred but not mandatory.

- Basic understanding of inventory software or Excel is a plus.

Working Hours:

- 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Rotation Offs)

Salary:

- ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 + incentives upto ₹12,000/-
