Sales & Marketing Manager – Hotel (Central Delhi)
Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and marketing for rooms, conferences, and banquets.
• Explore new business in corporate, MICE, and social sectors.
• Build strong client and partner relationships.
• Conduct presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with operations and F&B teams for smooth event delivery.
• Create promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain presence through digital marketing and industry events.
• Achieve sales targets and provide management reports.
• Track market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
• 3–8 years’ experience in hotel sales/marketing (Central Delhi preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
