We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries through calls, emails, chat, or CRM platforms.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Follow up on leads and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.

• Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers.

Customer Support Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

• Resolve product or service issues efficiently and professionally.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Provide feedback to internal teams to improve products, services, or processes.

• Educate customers about features, pricing, policies, and usage.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
