Proven experience in sales, preferably within the packaging or related industries.
Strong knowledge of IML technology and its applications in plastic containers is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in sales reporting and forecasting.
Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools is helpful.
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
