We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to manage, handle and convert all incoming enquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, expanding distribution channels, and contributing to the growth of Nutraherbal & Dr. Vashisht Ayurveda brands in the herbal/ayurveda market. This role demands excellent communication skills, negotiation power, and strong closing ability.
Handle and respond to all product enquiries via calls, email, WhatsApp, website & social media.
Convert potential leads into sales through strong pitching, solution-based selling & follow-ups.
Promote and sell the company’s herbal & Ayurvedic product range including juices, capsules, tablets, powders & formulations.
Develop dealership, distributorship & bulk order networks across India.
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets (Target-Based Position).
Maintain sales reports, lead databases & track conversions.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations & negotiation to finalize orders.
Ensure repeat business by maintaining strong customer relationships.
Identify new market opportunities and contribute to revenue growth strategy.
Coordinate with production, dispatch & marketing teams for smooth order fulfilment.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in Herbal, Ayurvedic, Pharma or FMCG industry).
Strong communication, convincing & closing skills.
Ability to handle enquiries independently and convert them into business.
Knowledge of Ayurvedic products will be an added advantage.
Positive attitude, result-oriented mindset & willingness to work under targets.
Basic computer, CRM & MS Office handling capability.
