We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our Pre-Owned Cars division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales of pre-owned vehicles. You will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while achieving monthly sales targets.
Engage with walk-in customers and provide detailed information on available pre-owned vehicles.
Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls, online platforms, and referrals.
Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations for potential buyers.
Assess customer needs and suggest suitable vehicle options.
Negotiate prices and financing options, while maintaining profitability.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure the display area is well-organized and cars are presented professionally.
Assist customers with the documentation process for vehicle purchase.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by management.
Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
Knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and used car market trends.
Ability to work weekends and extended hours if required.
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
