We are seeking a results-driven and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Executive. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a proven track record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively cold-call potential leads and schedule them for webinars or discovery calls.

• Identify and approach prospective clients to generate new leads and expand our customer base.

• Effectively present and promote our products or services to potential customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

• Continuously review and refine sales pitches for maximum effectiveness.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.

• Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback.

Job Requirements:

• Does not practice pushy and tricky sales techniques.

• Should have some basic interest in mental health.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing or Sales.

• Minimum 6 months of relevant sales or business development experience.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms is a plus.

This role does include heavy incentives.
