Key Responsibilities
For Pre-Sales Executive / AM:
Handle incoming leads through outbound calls
Qualify leads and schedule site visits
Maintain lead database in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
Provide initial project information to prospects
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handovers
For BD / Sales & Marketing Manager:
Handle client walk-ins and generate direct sales
Conduct site visits and manage client relationships
Follow up with warm leads shared by the pre-sales team
Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Provide market insights and customer feedback to management
