Business Development Executive – Sales (2 Positions)

Role Overview

We are looking for 2 Business Development Executives (India-based) who will focus on converting qualified leads into paying clients.

Note: We already generate leads through Meta Ads and Google Ads. Your job will be to follow up, nurture, and close those leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage with inbound leads generated via ads (calls, WhatsApp, emails).
  
  

• Understand client requirements (architects, designers, developers, or homeowners).
  
  

• Present service offerings and share relevant portfolios/case studies.
  
  

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals.
  
  

• Maintain proper records in CRM for follow-ups and conversion tracking.
  
  

• Coordinate with the production team for project handovers.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven communication and persuasion skills.
  
  

• Prior experience in sales, business development, or client handling (preferred in design/architecture/real estate domain, but not mandatory).
  
  

• Fluency in English and Hindi.
  
  

• Organized, self-driven, and target-oriented.
  
  

Salary & Benefits
