We are seeking a dynamic, persuasive, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in real estate—specifically in villa plots, open plots, and land transactions. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding customer needs, building rapport, delivering compelling presentations, and closing deals efficiently.
Generate Leads through various channels including digital marketing, referrals, site visits, and broker networks.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable property solutions.
Conduct site visits with clients, provide professional guidance, and showcase project features, USPs, and investment potential.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of villa plots, open plots, gated community layouts, approvals, and legal documentation.
Effectively negotiate terms and close sales with a high conversion rate.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for future business and referrals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
Provide regular sales updates, forecasting, and competitor analysis to management.
Proven sales track record in real estate (plots/land preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident closer
Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of land/property transactions
Proficiency in regional language and/or English is preferred
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred)
Knowledge of RERA norms and real estate documentation is a plus
Must possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
