### Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support our domestic and international sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, implementing effective marketing strategies, and driving revenue growth across targeted regions.
### Key Responsibilities:
#### Sales (Domestic & International):
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events (local and global).
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth delivery of products/services.
#### Marketing:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to regional market trends.
• Collaborate with design and digital teams to produce promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Manage company’s online presence, including social media, website content, and email marketing.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.
### Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).(Ready to Travel Domestic/International)
• 2–5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (Modern Trade/Traditional Trade/Branding).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across different time zones.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.
### Preferred Attributes:
• Experience with B2B/B2C sales.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
