We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, understanding their property needs, and helping them through the buying, selling, or leasing process. This role is performance-driven and offers high income potential for self-starters.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
Maintain and expand a client database by building long-term relationships.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct market research to identify property value and trends.
Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective clients.
Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts between buyers and sellers.
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all real estate transactions.
Collaborate with property developers, brokers, and legal advisors.
Proven working experience in real estate sales or a related field (1–3 years preferred).
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of the local property market and trends.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High level of motivation and target-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
Valid real estate license (as per local/state laws).
