🎯 Role Overview

Drive client acquisition and brand awareness for our marketing agency through direct field marketing activities. Build relationships with local businesses and convert prospects into clients.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Visit local businesses, institutes, and companies to present agency services

• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients

• Maintain CRM/Excel records of all leads and follow-ups

Marketing Activities

• Organize marketing campaigns, events, and workshops

• Distribute promotional materials (brochures, visiting cards, presentations)

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Client Relations

• Explain agency services: Digital Marketing, Social Media, Video Editing, Branding

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements

• Provide regular reports on field activities and results

📌 Required Skills

Essential:

• Graduate/Undergraduate (Marketing background preferred)

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English)

• Confident and presentable personality

• Self-motivated with target-oriented approach

Preferred:

• 1-3 years field marketing/sales experience

• Basic digital marketing industry knowledge

• Experience with CRM tools
